Abstract:Nowadays,for educational organizationssuch as universities and higherinstitutions, thesignificance of a website for promoting their online services andcommunicatingwiththeirnumerous clients (lecturers, researchers, students, staff, and guests)cannot be overemphasized.Website usabilityis the most significant factorin developing a high-quality website. This study aims to evaluate the usability anduserexperience oftheFaculty of EducationatQaser Bin Ghashier (FOEQBG). Data was collectedbyutilizingtheWebsite Analysis and Measurement Inventory (WAMMI) questionnaire, that measured website usabilityacrossfive categories: Attractiveness, Controllability, Efficiency, Helpfulness, and Learnability. The responses were processed using SPSS. The study foundthat theFOEQBGperformedwell intermsoftheHelpfulness sub-scale. However, users showedafair ormoderate satisfactionin terms of Attractiveness, Controllability,Efficiency, and Learnability. Thus, the overall usabilityfairly impacts thestudents’ academic experience andthat ofother users. Asaresult,thestudy’s recommendations were specified to identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience and satisfaction
