ملخص
أصبحت الادارة داخل المجتمعات المعاصرة تختلف تمام على كانت علىه منذ سنوات مضت، فقد تطوارت الادارة وأصبحت تمثل مجموعة متكاملة من التطور العلمي ومن نتائج في العلوم الاجتماعية والطبيعية ومن الدراسات الاكاديمية ومن التجارب العلمية ومن التقنيات المستخدمة ومن ثم لها نظرياتها وأسسها التي من خلالها يتم ادارة المنظمات العاصرة. والادارة هي من قيادة الافراد بهدف انجاز الاعمال وتحقيق الاهداف، والفن هنا عبارة عن المهارات المكتسبة في قطبين العلم بحيث يؤدي هذا التطبيق الى افضل النتائج وباسلوب الذي يرضي اهتمامات من هم موضع التطبيق. والنادي مؤسسة اهلية رياضية ثقافية اجتماعية ذات شخصية اعتبارية وذمة مالية مستقلة، يهدف الي بناء الانسان السوي، ويساهم في اعداد الشباب وأشباع حاجته الفكرية والاجتماعية والبدنية، ورعايته على نح ومتكامل من خلال اتاحة الفرصة له لممارسة هواياته الرياضية والثقافية ونشاطاته الاجتماعية ويضم مجموعة من الافراد لهم مقر مناسب يلتقون فيه، ومرافق ومساحات وملاعب مناسبة ويمارسون فيها انشطتهم المختلفة. واهتمام الدولة بأنشاء المؤسسات الرياضية التي فيها الاندية الرياضية يتم بهدف قيام هذه الاندية بتنفيد سياسة الدولة للقيام بمسؤلياتها تجاه الشباب في الجال الرياضي بأعتباران النشاط الرياضي للشباب يعتبر مرفقا هاما من مرافق الخدمة العامة وهدفا حيويا من أهداف الدولة لرعاية النشئ واشباب شأنها في ذلك شان الخدمات الصحية والتعلمية والثقافية وغيرها من الخدمات التي تدخل في أطار مسئوليات الدولة تجاه الموطنين.
Abstract
The management becomes within the modern societies quite different to what was years ago. The management has been developed and become a full group of scientific development. The results in the social and natural sciences, academic studies, scientific experiments and used techniques and then having its theories, through which the management of the modern organizations was made.The management is one of the individuals' leadership in order to accomplish the businesses and achieving goals. Hence, the art considers as skills acquired in the two science poles, whereas this application leads to better results in a manner that satisfies concerns of those who are the subject of the application.The club is a sportive cultural socially civil institution which has responsible considerable personality and financially independent, aims to build the proper human being and to contribute to the preparation of youths and to satisfy their need intellectual, social, physical and to give them sponsorship in an integrated manner by allowing such young peoples to practice their hobbies sports and cultural activities social. Such club includes a group of individuals having headquarters appropriately meet, the facilities and suitable spaces, and playgrounds practicing their various activities. State's interest in the establishment of sportive institutions in which sport clubs orphaned in order to establish these clubs to the implementation of the state policy with its responsibilities towards young people in the field of sports, considering that the sporting activity for youths is accompanied by an important public service facilities and scored vital goals of the state for the care of them, such as health, education, services, cultural and other services that fall under the responsibilities of the state towards its citizens.
