عنوان البحث: الدراسات اللغوية في كتاب (معاني القرآن الكريم: تفسير لغوي موجز)، قراءات وتحليلات الباحث: د. إبراهيم عبدالله سويسي ملخص البحث يندرج البحث في المحور الأول، وهو بيان جلي لجهود الدولة الليبية في تفسير القرآن وعلومه، تمثلت في مؤسسة علمية من مؤسسات الدولة وهي جمعية الدعوة الإسلامية العالمية، هيأ الله له من عباده من يعتني بدراسته ويبين أسرار لغته وبلاغته، فانبرى له ثلة من علماء ليبيا الأفاضل الذين أخذوا على عاتقهم عبء هذه الأمانة أسوة بمن سبقوهم في تفسير آياته، وإعراب جمله ومفرداته، وتوضيح معانيه وأحكامه، بأوجز عبارة، وأقصر غاية. وها نحن اليوم نسلط الضوء على جانب من جوانب دراسات هذا الكتاب، فجاءت مطرزة في جانبين رئيسين، لكل منهما محاور وفروع، ملخصة في الآتي: أولا: الجانب النظري، ويتضمن العناصر التالية: 1- تعريف موجز بجمعية الدعوة الإسلامية. 2- تعريف التفسير اللغوي ونشأته. 3- الفرق بين كتب معاني القرآن الكريم والتفسير. 4- الفرق بين هذ الكتاب وكتب المعاني الأخر. 5-منهجية كتاب معاني القرآن الكريم، ومصادره. وكل ذلك باختصار موجز. ثانيا: الجانب التطبيقي: وهو عرض وقراءة للدراسات اللغوية، مع التحليل اللغوي لها، وسردها في نماذج نبرز من خلالها صور ومظاهر هذا الكتاب، نجملها في الآتي: 1-الدراسات الدلالية للألفاظ القرآنية المتمثلة في التالي: أ-التفسير اللفظي. ب-كليات الألفاظ القرآنية. ج-الاحتمالات اللغوية. د-الوجوه والنظار للألفاظ القرآنية. ه-بيان الأصل اللغوي للفظ. 2- الدراسات النحوية، وقد تمثلت في الفروع التالية: أ-العناية بالإعراب. ب-العناية بدلالة معنى الحرف. ج- الاحتمالات النحوية. د- الاهتمام بتحليل الأساليب التركيبية. ه- الاهتمام بالتعليل النحوي. 3-الدراسات الصرفية، وستكون قراءة المسائل الصرفية للآيات القرآنية التي تعرض لها هذا التفسير مع التحليل في نماذج لها. 4-التوجيهات القرآنية، وستكون سردا للقراءات القرآنية مع التوجيه اللغوي لها في نماذج مبسوطة من هذا التفسير. هذا، وبالله التوفيق ، والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Research title: Linguistic studies in the book (The Meanings of the Noble Qur’an: A Brief Linguistic Interpretation), readings and analyzes Researcher: Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Souissi Research Summary The research falls in the first axis, which is a clear statement of the efforts of the Libyan state in interpreting the Qur’an and its sciences, represented by a scientific institution from the state’s institutions, which is the International Islamic Call Society. Those who took upon themselves the burden of this trust in the same way as those who preceded them in interpreting his verses, expressing its sentences and vocabulary, and clarifying its meanings and rulings, with the shortest expression and the shortest purpose. And here we are today shedding light on one aspect of the studies of this book, and it came embroidered in two main aspects, each of which has axes and branches, summarized in the following: First: The theoretical side, and it includes the following elements: 1- A brief introduction to the Islamic Call Society. 2- Definition of linguistic interpretation and its origin. 3- The difference between the books of meanings of the Noble Qur’an and interpretation. 4- The difference between this book and other meanings books. 5- Methodology of the book on the meanings of the Noble Qur’an, and its sources. All this in a nutshell briefly. Second: The application side: It is a presentation and reading of linguistic studies, with linguistic analysis of it, and its narration in models through which we highlight the pictures and aspects of this book, we summarize them in the following: 1- Semantic studies of the Qur’anic expressions represented in the following: A - verbal interpretation. B - Faculties of Quranic Articulation. C - linguistic possibilities. D - The faces and heads of Qur’anic expressions. E- Statement of the linguistic origin of the pronunciation. 2- Grammatical studies, represented in the following branches: A-Care parsing. B - Care for the meaning of the letter. C- Grammatical possibilities. D- Interest in analyzing synthetic methods. E- Attention to grammatical explanation. 3- Morphological studies. The reading of morphological issues of the Qur’anic verses to which this interpretation is presented will be along with the analysis in examples thereof. 4- Qur’anic directions, and it will be an account of the Qur’anic readings with linguistic guidance for them in simplified models of this interpretation.
