الملخص الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على خير خلق الله أجمعين؛ محمد بن عبدالله الصادق الأمين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد: فيطيب لي أن أقدم إليكم بحثنا الموسوم بـ( اجتهادات ابن عاشور في كشف المغطى)؛ رغبة في المشاركة وإثراء لمؤتمركم العلمي الموقر بما يخدم الهدف الذي سينعقد المؤتمر من أجله، وفي ظني أن هذه الدراسة ستحقق ولو جزءا من ذلك، فكان المحور الأول أحد المحاور التي اخترتها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان جهد ابن عاشور اللغوي في كتابه كشف المغطى من المعاني والألفاظ الواقعة في الموطأ، والتعرف على الثروة اللغوية من خلال النماذج والأمثلة التي ستطرح في هذا البحث، أضف إلى ذلك القيمة العلمية التي يحويها كتابه من الآراء، والمسائل النحوية، والتوجيهات، والاختيارات، والترجيحات، فضلا عن اهتمامه بشرح ألفاظ الحديث، وبيان معانيها، وتصحيحها، وضبطها، وقبول بعضها ونقد بعضها الآخر، وذلك لغرض إثرائها وتتبع تفاصيلها، ما أمكن ذلك، سالكا في ذلك كله المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي القائم على عرض النماذج، والشواهد، والآارء، والاستنتاجات العلمية المفيدة، فاقتضى بذلك أن تكون طبيعة البحث مقسمة على النحو التالي: المبحث الأول: التمهيد: ويتضمن دراسة مختصرة عن الشيخ وكتابه. المبحث الثاني: جهده اللغوي في بيان مشكل ألفاظ الحديث، وقد جعلته في ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الأول: التصحيح والتدقيق في ضبط الألفاظ المطلب الثاني: العناية بشرح وتتبع معاني الألفاظ. المطلب الثالث: نقده ورده. المبحث الثالث: جهده النحوي في بيان مشكل الحديث، ويتضمن المطالب الآتية: المطلب الأول: ترجيحاته واختياراته. المطلب الثاني: توجيهاته وتأويلاته. المطلب الثالث: انتقاداته وردوده. الخاتمة: تتضمن نتائج وتوصيات مستخلصة من ثنايا هذه الدراسة. والله نسأل أن يوفقنا لما فيه خدمة العلم وأهله، وأن يثيبنا عليه دنيا وأخرى، إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه. والحمد لله أولا وآخرا . والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ibn Ashour's linguistic jurisprudence in uncovering the covered Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of all God’s creation; Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Sadiq Al-Amin, and upon all his family and companions, and after: It is my pleasure - gentlemen, members of the Scientific Committee - to present to you a summary of the research tagged with (Ibn Ashour’s linguistic jurisprudence in revealing what is covered); A desire to participate and enrich your esteemed scientific conference to serve the goal for which the conference will be held, and I believe that this study will achieve part of those goals, so the first axis was one of my choices. This study aims to demonstrate the linguistic effort of Ibn Ashour in his book (Kashf Al-Muqadfa of Meanings and Words located in Al-Muwatta’), and to identify the linguistic wealth through the models and examples that will be presented in this research, in addition to the scientific value that his book contains of opinions, issues, and directions. choices, and preferences, as well as his interest in explaining the words of the hadith, clarifying their meanings, correcting them, controlling them, accepting some and criticizing others, for the purpose of enriching them and tracing their details. Thus, it required that the nature of the research be divided as follows: The first topic: Preface: It includes a brief study of the Sheikh and his book. The second topic: his linguistic effort in explaining the problem of the wording of the hadith, and I made it into three demands: The first requirement: Correction and scrutiny in controlling the words. The second requirement: Care to explain and follow the meanings of the words. The third requirement: criticism and response. The third topic: his grammatical effort in explaining the problem of hadith, and includes the following demands: The first requirement: his preferences and choices. The second requirement: his instructions and interpretations. The third requirement: his criticisms and responses. Conclusion: It includes the results and recommendations extracted from the folds of this study. We ask God to help us to serve science and its people, and to reward us for it in this world and in another, for He is the Guardian of that and the One who is able to do so. thanks God first and last .
