Abstract
To evaluate the conventional methods for hydrothermal alterations mapping of the Hanle prospect field by using remote sensing data. Despite the lack of Alteration data, this paper aims to map hydrothermal alterations of the Hanle area by using remote sensing to provide the basis for further geothermal investigations. A Landsat 8 OLI image of this site has been used as the prime target.
