Abstract

This study's sample of impacted third molars demonstrated a low frequency in the large Tripoli population. Males are more prone than females to have an impaction. The most prevalent impaction patterns were mesioangular angulation, level C impaction, and class II impaction. The enlargement of the periodontal ligament space was one of the most frequent related hard tissue diseases.
