المستخلص تعد جودة الخدمات المصرفية من القضايا الحديثة في الفكر التسويقي حيث أصبح تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية يهدف بشكل مباشر إلى المنافسة في القطاع الخدمي والحصول على حصة سوقية مناسبة على أساس الابتكار والتجديد لضمان استمرارها في السوق وتحقيق أهدافها من خلال تقديم خدمات مصرفية الكترونية بجودة عالية لعملاء المصرف. وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جودة الخدمات الالكترونية بمصارف (النوران والسرايا ) في مدينة طرابلس ولتحقيق ذلك أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسـة وتصميم استبانه وزعت على عينة البحث البالغة (45) استبانه وبعد تحليل مفرداتها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS ، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي أكدت على وجود علاقة ارتباط بين متغيري البحث وجاءت التوصيات باستثمار الأساليب المعتمدة في تقنية المعلومات من خلال مواكبة التطورات والتغيرات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتوفير بنية تحتية واستقطاب وتعيين الموارد البشرية المؤهلة. Abstract : The quality of banking services is one of the modern issues in marketing thought, as providing high-quality services has become directly aimed at competing in the banking sector and obtaining an appropriate market share on the basis of innovation and innovation to ensure its continuity in the market and achieve its goals by providing high-quality electronic banking services to the bank’s customers. The research aimed to identify the impact of the application of information technology on the quality of electronic services in (Al-Noran and Al-Saraya) banks in the city of Tripoli. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to the study and designed a questionnaire that was distributed to the research sample of (45) questionnaires, and after analyzing its vocabulary using the statistical analysis program SPSS, it was Reaching a set of conclusions that confirmed the existence of a significant correlation and influence between the two research variables. The recommendations came to invest in the methods adopted in information technology by keeping pace with developments and changes in the field of information technology, providing infrastructure, and attracting and appointing qualified human resources.
