Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the rehabilitation exercise program on some of the elements associated with this disability (compatibility - balance - agility - flexibility - speed) for people with hearing disabilities, and to identify the impact of proposed rehabilitation exercise programs on some physiological variables for people with hearing disabilities This study followed the experimental method, due to its relevance to the subject of the research and the nature of the problem that we are going to study, and the application of tribal and remote measurements, until we know the impact of the proposed rehabilitation program on children with hearing disabilities, which depends on observation and gives accurate results in a high percentage, as this study was conducted The number of (15) students of the basic education stage for people with special needs at the Al-Amal Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Sabha, their ages ranged between (10-15) years It was chosen randomly using the SPSS statistical program in analyzing the results, and the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that the proposed training program that was applied to the category of students with hearing disabilities of the age group (10-15) was successful and had an impact on improving all physical attributes and variables The physiological study under study, as it led to the improvement of most of the variables of special physical abilities (endurance, strength of the arms, strength of the legs, motor speed And the flexibility of the trunk, and agility), and the improvement in physical attributes and physiological variables appears through the difference between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement of the experimental group, which indicates the success of the program. Its percentage (13.01%), which was calculated by summing the percentages of improvement in all the physical characteristics under study and dividing them by their number Also, the most important recommendations summarized by the study is the interest in developing specific training programs on sound scientific foundations to develop the physical abilities of students in the basic education stage of the age group (10-15 years) with hearing disabilities because of their positive and clear impact on the progress of the level of physical abilities and consequently the variables Physical and sports activity is an important means and a major factor in the physical and psychological rehabilitation of this group, where it contributes and allows them to regain confidence in themselves, use their intelligence and raise their competitive and cooperative spirit, and this activity has a prominent role in the development of some physical characteristics and skills for people with hearing disabilities. Key words - physiological variables - hearing impairment - physical characteristics
