Abstract

This paper aims to identify and address, directly, the common and most frequent difficulties in teaching Spanish as a foreign language to Arabic speakers of level A2. We will try to guide teachers in overcoming the difficulty of teaching a new language, taking into account the specific needs of this group to create an effective learning environment. Further on, to raise the situation of the Spanish language in the Arab world, we discuss where it is mostly spoken, since when it was integrated in that area, and what position and importance it has in their countries On the other hand, in this study, we present to the teachers a linguistic profile of a unknown student, at the same time, we address their characteristics and the mistakes they usually make while learning this language, in order to facilitate it to the teacher and make these difficulties no longer an obstacle in the process of teaching ELE. And for this, we will carry out a series of proposals that we believe could be very useful to overcome them.
