ملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة بين العوامل الديموغرافية ودرجة الوعي بمخاطر الأزمات. حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة المستهدفة (150) وظيفة قيادية شملت مدراء الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام ومشرفي الوحدات الإدارية بالمصرف. وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وهى المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وكذلك معامل الارتباط لبيرسون وتحليل التباين الثنائي ANOVA أكدت الدراسة بأن هناك استجابة ولكن بمؤشر ضعيف بين هذه الخصائص ودرجة الوعي بمخاطر الأزمات ولا ترقى لمستوى العلاقة المؤثرة. The study aims to investigate the relationship between demographic factors and the degree of awareness of the risks of crises. The sample of the study targeted 150 leadership positions, including directors of departments and heads of departments and supervisors of administrative units in the bank. After using statistical methods, the arithmetic mean as well as Pearson correlation coefficient and the analysis of binary variance ANOVA confirmed that there is a response, but a weak indicator between these characteristics and the degree of awareness of the risks of crises and do not live up to the level of the impact relationship.
