Overview

The course deals with the difference between states of the atmospheric system (weather and climate), and their spatial and temporal scales. With the link between climatology and climate changes and their impact on human activities, with identification of how climate maps are drawn, analyzed, readouts and ways to benefit from them using modern technologies, and the study of quantitative methods in applied climate research.

  • That students realize the importance of studying applied climate, and analyzing spatial differences and their effects on the environment.
  • Understanding and analyzing the role and impact of applied climate in various activities.
