This
course introduces students to microorganisms, their importance and
classification, in addition to studying algae, fungi, viruses and bacteria, as
well as studying mosses and ferns

familiarize the student with microorganisms, their types, importance and ways
of living
-The student should enumerate the microorganisms,
their divisions, and their feeding methods

student should remember the scientific terminology related to the subjects of
the school course

student should describe the apparent form of microorganisms (such as fungi and
algae) and their method of reproduction

Learning and teaching methods
-The
water board and pen are used to display the main elements of the lesson and
write definitions and illustrations
-The
computer and the digital display screen are used to display the lecture,
illustrations, and graphs that are not available in the department's
laboratories
The
student examines and identifies the permanent plant slides available in the
laboratory-
-The student is assigned to examine different
samples of mosses and ferns
-The
student is assigned a simple test at the beginning of each lecture to encourage
the student to update the information
