Overview

The aim of studying this course is to introduce the student to the composition of the algal cell, the general characteristics of algae, to know the economic and biological importance of algae, to study the factors affecting the student’s growth, in addition to studying some natural phenomena such as tides and the red tide phenomenon

The student will know how to distinguish between living creatures-

Carrying out a scientific trip to the locations of the algae samples-

Collecting samples of some algal species in competitive groups weekly-

5 Activity at the end of the semester 10% (collection of samples + oral)
