This course aims to teach the basics and principles of analytical chemistry and its importance and applications. The student studies the rules of volumetric titrations and calculating the molar and molar concentration of different solutions.
Intended learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to prepare solutions with different concentrations and volumes, in addition to the student's ability to do volumetric titrations for neutralization reactions between acids and alkalis and calculate the pH value in all stages of the reaction.
Teaching and learning methods
Theoretical lectures using the blackboard and data show - exercises and solving problems.
Methods of assessments
The first midterm exam - the second midterm exam - the final exam
