This course aims to teach the general
properties, interactions and preparation of alcoholic compounds, aldehydes,
ketones, ethers, esters, carboxylic acids and their various aliphatic and
aromatic salts.
Intended learning outcomes
After studying the course, the student will be able to
differentiate between the different functional groups and divide and classify
aliphatic and aromatic organic compounds according to their chemical
properties.
