Analytical Chemistry
II (CH241P) is one of the compulsory courses for chemistry students, there is one
requirement before this course the student must pass it(CH231). TheAnalytical
Chemistry II is interested in a study of :-Volumetric analysis titrations for
acidsand bases, oxidation – reduction, precipitation, complexometric titrations
Intended learning outcomes
The student must be now
volumetric analysis conditions andtype of titrations andindicators and titration
methods and calculations
Teaching and learning methods
The use of typical teaching using the blackboard, and giving an exercise
at the end of the lesson.
Methods of assessments
Several methods of
evaluation are used for evaluating class work and the total score for class
work is 40% distributed 30% for two midterm exams and 10% simple tests and
Homework or simple research, and 60% final exam
