The course aims to study the properties of
the element oxygen and sulfur, the interactions and methods of obtaining each
of them in nature and from various compounds, as well as studying the natural
and chemical properties of halogens, their interactions, their presence in
nature and their various compounds, in addition to studying the properties of
rare gases in the zero group.
Intended learning outcomes
After studying the course, the student will
be able to prepare oxygen gas, sulfur compounds, and halogens, and he will be
able to deal with volatile gases.
Teaching and learning methods
