This course aims to introduce the student to the basics of the scientific method in research, to enable the student to prepare a plan for scientific research, to identify the sources of information, and how to document and deal with it. In addition to design research plans and projects, formulate scientific research questions and hypotheses, and write the final research report, while being able to prepare a research plan for a subject in the field of his scientific specialization.
Intended learning outcomes
The
real knowledge of the basic concepts of scientific research, in addition to
acquiring the skill of writing and preparing scientific research, developing
his talents, expanding his perceptions, organizing his ideas and expressing
them in a sound linguistic style. The student acquires the ability to study,
examine, investigate, critical and organized reflection on problems and
phenomena, the ability to analyze, interpret and process data and reach results
of scientific value and importance, the ability to prepare accurate research,
give examples of research titles that can be applied using different research
methods (historical - descriptive - experimental

Scientific lectures - Collecting information and research papers - Each student prepares a research plan and discusses it.
Methods of assessments
First written midterm exam (third week - 15%), A mini-training research applied by students to employ the acquired research skills (ninth week - 15%), Tests + simple research - 10% - final exam 60%.
