Overview

The concept of ethics, the importance and status of morality. Characteristics of ethics in Islam. Professional ethics in Islam. Means of consolidating professional ethics. Solving obstacles to the application of professional ethics. The concept of profession and work and the difference between them. Professional ethics. Sources of professional ethics. Different definitions of teaching ethics. Sources of teaching ethics. The ethics of the teacher and its position in the educational process. Tasks and roles of the teacher, his duties and responsibilities, the principles and ethics of the school principal. Ethics of the school administration profession. Policies governing the professional ethical conduct of the school principal. International standards for the teaching profession, educational issues and problems related to the teaching profession. A panel discussion on the most important school issues and problems related to the profession.

Intended learning outcomes

The student must be able to:

1. The student should explain in detail the concept of ethics, the importance of ethics and its status. Characteristics of ethics in Islam.

2. The student should explain professional ethics in Islam and the means of consolidating professional ethics.

3. The student should define the concept of profession and work and the difference between them. Professional ethics. Sources of professional ethics.

4. The student should mention the different definitions of teaching ethics and the sources of teaching ethics.

5. The student should explain the ethics of the teacher and the school principal. (Their tasks, roles and duties, explaining the ethics of the school administration profession) .

6. Policies governing the professional ethical behavior of the school principal. Global standards for the teaching profession. and global standards for the profession

7. The student should explain some educational issues and problems associated with the teaching profession.

8. The student should discuss the concept of ethics, their importance, status and characteristics of ethics in Islam

9. The student should analyze professional ethics in Islam and ways to consolidate them.

10. The student should explain the concept of profession and work and the difference between them.

11. The student should discuss the sources of ethics of the teaching profession.

12. The student should analyze the ethics of the teacher and the principal and their position in the educational process.

13. The student should retrieve the policies that govern the professional ethical behavior of the school principal. and global standards of the profession

14. To discuss and analyze some educational issues and problems associated with the teaching profession.

15. The student should review through a slide show the characteristics of ethics in Islam

16. The student should organize with his colleagues a panel discussion on professional ethics in Islam and ways to consolidate it.

17. The student should explain what is meant by the sources of professional ethics through a visual presentation

18. . The student should write an electronic article explaining the ethics of the teaching profession and the sources of ethics of the teaching profession.

19. The student should compose a visual film about the ethics of the teacher and the principal and their position in the educational process. Tasks and roles of the teacher, his duties and responsibilities

20. The student should design a visual presentation in which he explains the policies that govern the professional ethical behavior of the school principal and the international standards of the profession

21. The student should submit a printed working paper in which he discusses one of the educational issues and problems associated with the teaching profession.
