The
student should have the ability to evaluate the oil resources in Libya and be
familiar with the legislation related to the oil sector in Libya as well as the
international organizations of which it is a member.

That
the student be able to familiarize himself with the characteristics of oil
reservoirs and know how to develop oil fields and increase their production
efficiency

The
student should use geological and geophysical information to determine the
location of oil
4.
Familiarity
with oil and gas production rates from existing oil fields and ways to reduce
their environmental impacts
