Introduction, Porosity and Permeability (Klinkenberg Effect), Statistical Analysis of reservoir Data, Reservoir Rock Heterogeneity, Application of Darcy's Equations, Skin Factor, Rock Fluids Interactions, Electrical Properties of Rock-Fluid Systems, Fluid Saturations.

Intended learning outcomes

Outcomes of the course:

● Identifying the petrophysical properties and their importance in studying oil reservoirs.

● Knowledge of mathematical methods for estimating reserves and related statistical operations.

● defined degree of homogeneity and heterogeneity of the rock stored in the oil field.

● ability to use Application of Darcy's equations for fluid movement within reservoirs and production.

● Analyzing the results of endodontic samples and the extent of benefit from them
