This course is designed to prepare
students to function in the highly complex arena of a histotechnology
laboratory. It is the job of the

microscopic examination by processing and cutting tissues, mounting them on
slides, and staining them with special dyes for microscopic examination by a
pathologist for the diagnosis of disease.
Intended learning outcomes
This course aims to introduce the student to the techniques of studying different tissues.
Providing students with the skills of studying the structure of tissues and cells.
The ability to distinguish the factors that affect the structure of tissue and how to deal with them.
The ability to prepare a successful research plan to study the structure of tissue in the laboratory.
