Overview

This course aims to introduce the student to the provisions of sales and their evidence, and to explain the types of usury, and enumerate the provisions of renting land, musaqah, and sharecropping and their evidence.

Intended learning outcomes

After the student succeeds in this course, he will be able to:

• The student should mention the provisions of sales and their evidence

• The student should explain the types of usury

• The student should enumerate the provisions of renting land, musaqah, sharecropping and their evidence

• The student should explain the ruling on the need of the rich and what is meant by it

• The student should mention the ruling on partnership and pre-emption
