The course aims to introduce students
to the concepts and terminology of the inheritance course, explain the
provisions related to the deceased’s estate before dividing it, clarify the
reasons for inheritance, its contraindications and conditions, explain the male
and female heirs of the deceased, the share of each heir and what he inherits,
and clarify the prescribed obligations in the Book of God, and what is
required. For each heir, the definition of agnatic and veiled, an explanation
of their divisions and the authorities given in inheritance by it, an
explanation of the calculation of religious duties and the principles of family
issues....

The student must enumerate the
rights related to the estate before dividing it
The student should mention the
reasons that lead a person to become entitled to someone else’s money after his
death, and what prevents him from being entitled to it. Who inherits and does
not inherit, and the share of each heir.
The student should know the types
of inheritance, the obligations stipulated in the Book of God Almighty, and the
conditions for inheritance therein
The student should explain the
party through which the heir inherits through agnatic descent, the arrangement
of these parties among them, and explain the reason why one party takes
precedence over another in eligibility for inheritance.
The student should distinguish
between types of blocking and types of innervation.
That the student knows the origins
of issues in the science of religious duties, and explains how to correct them,
how to divide proportions in case the issue is dependent, and how to do that in
the form of a table or drawing a tree.
For the student to discuss the
opinions of some scholars on some unique issues in inheritance.
