Overview

This course is concerned with introducing the student to general entomology found in the environment and its various branches, distinguishing insects as animals that have special characteristics that are only available in them, classification of insects, their development, physiology, behavior (with a focus on social insects), insect ecology, mimicry and forms, the relationship between insects And humans, some harmful or disease-carrying insects and beneficial insects, the importance of insects for human life, highlighting the applied role of this science and the impact of insects on the agricultural environment, animal production and public health
