Overview

This course is concerned with providing the student with the basic principles of the nature and structure of the animal’s body parts and the extent to which that structure is appropriate for the functions of the various organs. It also provides the student with the necessary information about food groups and their importance to the bodies of living organisms, and a comparison of the functions of organs in different types of animals, and how these functions are synergistic by the various systems in the animal

Intended learning outcomes

-Knowledge of the biological function of living cell activities including experimental physiology and molecular physiology

-Understand how the body's vital systems and biomolecules carry out chemical and physical processes

-Knowing how the functional activity of the activities of living matter, whether at the level of the whole organism or a member of it, or at the level of the cell or part of it

-Understanding how to perform this job, what are the factors affecting the job, and how this job integrates with other jobs

Teaching and learning methods

Theoretical lectures using aids such as clarifications, PowerPoint presentations and- videos

Laboratory activities by conducting laboratory experiments and evaluating the results-
