Dr. Ibrahim El-Deghis , staff member of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, and  his colleagues: Dr. Abdunnaser Al-Dayhoob, staff member of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli,  Dr. Munir Al-Sherif, staff Member of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Omar Al-Mukhtar, And Dr. Abdel Wahab Kamoun, member of the  Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli, in cooperation with other researchers, published  a research paper   on the disease (small ruminants plague in Libya) in a well established international magazine:
