The ceremony of handing over the Presidency of the University, (a model to follow)

Many of the electronic media, sites and pages of activists through social media, following-up and interested in the Libyan affairs, exchanged a photograph of the new president of the University of Tripoli, "Dr. Nabil Al-Natah", kissing the head of "Prof. Madani Dakhil"  former president of Tripoli, university , during the handover ceremony, which took place   on Wednesday morning (20^th September, 2017) at the main meeting hall of the Tripoli University Presidency Building.

These media channels, unanimously, agreed on the lofty meanings reflected in this image, which is a powerful message addressed to all politicians and officials in Libya, calling upon them to peacefully exchange power,   urging them to adopt this noble approach and to exercise this conscious behavior, which targets the public good.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Othman Abdul Jalil, the Minister of Education, the President of Al-Zawia University, the Public registrar, the Assistant Undersecretaries, the deans of the faculties, the directors of the departments and offices of the University along with the President of the University of Tripoli Students Union. During the ceremony, the Minister of Education, the President of the University of Tripoli and a number of attendees praised the efforts exerted by Dr. Al-Madani Dakhil throughout his tenure as president of the University of Tripoli, which lasted for six years. The Minister of Education, Dr. Othman Abdul Jalil, presented a shield and a certificate of appreciation to Dr.  Madani Dakhil ,   "in acknowledgement  of his efforts throughout his presidency of the University of Tripoli.
