The Faculty of Science tributed its  late Dr. Salem Laga, a doctor at the Department of Geology, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty,  Chairman of the Higher Committee for celebrating the sixtieth anniversary of founding Tripoli University, members of the Committee, the Registrar of the University and the President of the faculty members union of the University, a number of faculty members of the Geology Department, his children and his colleagues. Many words of praise and appreciation in his favor were delivered. The speakers stressed the importance of such acts that reflect the faithfulness stressing  that it is    a good habit that all those concerned within the university should adopt. It is worth mentioning that the late doctor  had died while performing his duties, in a field study on one of the fields of geology in the area of Gharian.
