On Monday, September 3, 2018, at the main meeting hall of Tripoli University, at 10 am, the ninth ordinary meeting of the University Council was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Nabil Al-Natah, President of Tripoli University. The meeting was attended by the university's deputies  and deans. During this meeting, many items were discussed, including   the mechanism of admitting  new students during the next semester, activation of the registration system, and the capacity of each faculty  for the academic year 2019/2018
