Starting from the solutions of multipole integral equations of pion photoproduction via nucleon which follow from dispersion relations at fixed t, and incorporating an appropriate expression for the kernels in the static approximation, asserts that the contribution of crossed terms adds negligibly small contribution to the electric quadrupole transition amplitude
