Abstract

People often struggle to maintain a consistent workout routine due to a lack of motivation, accountability, and guidance. Traditional personal trainers can be expensive and may not fit into everyone's schedule. Additionally, people may not feel comfortable working out in public spaces or gyms. This paper presents the development of Smart Mirror as a personal trainer that uses artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to create flexible and affordable solutions for individuals seeking guidance, motivation and personal workout plans. The smart mirror is aimed to act as a virtual personal trainer that provides real-time feedback and guidance during the workout, enhancing the overall performance and user experience.
