ملخص
موضوع الدراسة خطوة تجاه نشر وتطوير كتب المواد الاجتماعية، لتكون في مستوى التطور والتقدم الذي تشهده العملية التعليمية والتربوية، وبالرغم من الجهود والدراسات التي بذلت من أجل تطوير الكتاب المدرسي فإنه ما تزال هناك بعض السلبيات التي وقعت فيها الكتب السابقة، سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع كتب المواد الاجتماعية المقررة في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي من ناحية الطباعة، والإخراج ووسائل الإيضاح، وأسلوب ولغة الكتابة المستخدم في تلك الكتب لقد تم استهداف نماذج من الكتب المقررة في مادة الاجتماعيات بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي وعددها (5) كتب هي: كتاب التاريخ و كتاب الجغرافيا للصف التاسع وكتاب التاريخ، وكتاب الجغرافيا، وكتاب المجتمع الجماهيري للصف السادس وذلك لتقييمها وبيان مدى مطابقتها للأسس والمعايير العلمية في مجال النشر وقسمت هذه الدراسة إلى ستة فصول: اشتمل الفصل الأول على منهجية الدراسة، الفصل الثاني النشر، مفهومه، أنواعه، والفصل الثالث تحدث عن التعليم في الجماهيرية العظمي، وتناول الفصل الرابع الكتاب المدرسي من حيث المفهوم وأنواع الكتب المدرسية، أهداف الكتاب المدرسي، مميزاته، مواصفاته، الكتاب المدرسي وتدريس المواد الاجتماعية، الفصل الخامس نشر الكتاب المدرسي وطباعته، أساليب وطرق التأليف، إجراءات حقوق التأليف والتعاقد في الجماهيرية العظمي، مواصفات التأليف، والإخراج، والطباعة، أما الفصل السادس فخصص للجانب العلمي وتحليل الاستبيان الموجه إلى الموجهين والمدرسين ومقارنة الكتب المستهدفة في تلك المرحلة بالمواصفات المعتمدة .
Abstract
The subject of the present study is a step towards the development and publication of the social science books so that they could be on the level of the progress of the educational and scientific process. Despite the great efforts and studies exerted to develop the school book، there are still some problems in regard to the former books. The study aims at defining the reality of the social science books decided to the elementary schools in terms of printing، direction، teaching aids، and the languageand style used in those books. The study has considered certain books that are decided for the social science subjects in the elementary school. They are five in number: History book and Geography book for the ninth class، and Geography books and Al-jamahirya society book for the sixth class. These books have been considered so as to assess them and to judge their compatibility on the basis of the scientific norms . The study has been divided in to six chapters ;chapter one involves the methodology of the study ; chapter two deals with the publication process in Al-jamahiria ، chapter three sheds light on the education in jamahiria ; chapter four tackles the school book in terms of concept، the types of the school book ، the targets of the school book ، its features ، its function ، its description ،the school book and the teaching of the social science subjects ; chapter five is devoted for the school book، the stages of its preparation and publication the fashions and method of authorization the procedures of authorization right and contracting in al-jamahiria ، authorization description direction ، and publication ; chapter six is dedicated for the practical side and analyzing the questionnaire directed to the teaching inspectors and teachers. Moreover it compares the book decided at that stage to the credited descriptions. Then the results of the questionnaire، analyzingthe results of the study.
