Abstract
The CDGTH crystal is grown by solution growth method with a = 16.2208Å, b = 11.3471Å, C = 6. 5580Å, it is orthorhombic with P212121 as space group. It is converted to nanoscale by proper milling of more than 24 hours, milling is the process complete cleaning, breaking, grading, sizing, separating and classifying the bulk materials to micro or nano. The nano scale of the CDGTH crystal is confirmed with SEM of 200 nm. The unit cell portrays is 4 x 4 x 4 for effective identification of the sample. The peptide bonding is properly represented this case and NLO is 1.25 times that of KDP for electronic applications, the filter influx is 2.4199 microns as the nano influx. Key Words: CDGTH, Milling, Nano, Electronic, NLO.
