Abstract
Knowledge is a very important item that help organization execute their daily work perfectly. In current modern organization knowledge management KM considered to be the most important asset especially knowledge sharing part. knowledge management Models KMMs systems provide a service of sharing, storing, acquiring, developing, and utilizing knowledge in the best way serves the organization achieve their goals. In recent years a variety of knowledge management barriers were surfaced. This paper conducts a comprehensive literature review and selects a set of papers in the literature on Knowledge sharing barriers. Then We Have chosen a set of a knowledge sharing barriers which are [ Individuals culture, Organizational culture and information technology barriers ] to be evaluated in the government institution environment in Libya . Three null hypotheses were formulated and confirmed regarding the effect of knowledge sharing barriers on the process of sharing knowledge.
