This course is
considered a theoretical basis for the field education course in teaching
science (biology) and focuses on students acquiring the most important facts,
concepts and skills related to the most important methods, means, strategies
and methods of teaching science in the basic, intermediate and biology stages
of secondary education. This course is also concerned with identifying the
nature and philosophy of science - identifying the general and specific goals
in teaching science and biology - and identifying the basic teaching
competencies of a biology teacher - acquiring the skill of planning daily
lessons in biology lessons - identifying the most prominent methods of teaching
science in general and biology in particular - and getting acquainted with To
master the most prominent skills of communication, interaction, classroom and
laboratory management in teaching biology - and to learn about modern
educational and technical methods in teaching science in general, and biology
in particular - and to realize the importance of evaluation in teaching science
and to learn about the most prominent methods of biology evaluation
