This course aims to qualify the student/teacher to acquire some basic skills for teaching, such as: preparing lessons, how to present study topics, how to conduct the evaluation process, and a number of necessary skills. Teaching applications provide the student-teacher with skills, experiences and positive attitudes in the teaching profession.
Intended learning outcomes
The course provides students/teachers with skill of mental preparation for daily lessons - the skill of analyzing the learned content and the skills of identifying the appropriate methods of evaluation - the skill of planning and evaluating the implementation of lessons - the skill of identifying methods, means and activities appropriate to the subject of the lesson. In addition to motor skills such as: the skills of using the blackboard (writing in a clear line and in straight lines, using the colors and tools of the blackboard and the correct use of space - the skills of using the available teaching aids, whether they are different educational tools or devices - the skills of moderate movement and sound and their diversity within Classroom environment and depending on the nature of the lesson and the activities included in it.
Evaluation of the private micro-teaching session for each student according to his skills and ability to manage the session effectively, from the third to the eighth week - 60% , A practical final exam represented by an educational position that the student chooses from the lesson plan that he submitted and presents it in the classroom meeting according to the micro-teaching strategy. It is evaluated by the supervising faculty member according to the evaluation form, the ninth week - 40%
