Knowledge & understanding

  • The student will be acquainted with the material in theory to make it easier for the student to understand it in practical application.
  • Enabling the student to apply the material with the manually manufactured and ready (automated) capabilities
  • Enable the student to apply it at the private and public level.
  • The student learns the types of fabrics and colors and how each type is used.
  • The student learns how to choose the idea and method of work in a way that makes him more professional.
  • Introducing students to innovative methods in the field of textile printing to expand the field of innovation.
  • Giving the student homework to train him on the possibility of preparing tools and materials and applying them accurately.
  • Holding monthly workshops to allow longer training hours and leave room for those not interested in the subject.

Mental skills

  • That the student connects the technique of printing on canvas with other types of arts and merges them into equal and balanced artistic templates.
  • The student analyzes the painting to be printed artistically, politically, economically and culturally, so that the printed painting becomes more comprehensive and purposeful.
  • That the student distinguish between the types of colors used in printing fabrics and the different types of fabrics to be printed on.
  • That the student compare between textile printing and other types of printing.
  • That the student propose other new methods that are less costly and effortful to expand the technical perceptual field.
  • That the student concludes the pros and cons of both.
  • That the student solve the problems of manual printing in order to obtain the highest quality.

Practical & professional skills

  • The student in professional skills has learned how to apply materials for printing fabrics and their alternatives, while leaving room for the student to find and innovate other materials and other methods that will develop and facilitate this process.
  • The student will have learned the tools that this technology works on and the subsequent tools that support the process, leaving room for the student to think about creating tools with different designs to allow a wider and easier scope for applying the material.
  • The student should have learned how to print on different types of fabric such as (silk, cotton, polyester) and other fabrics.
  • The student should be fully aware of the labor market, the prices of materials and their fields of application.

  • The student learns how to deal with his classmates.
