Overview

Learn about the meaning of talent, the talented child, learn about indicators and evidence of talent in children and learn about the problems of the talented child and how to overcome

Intended learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student must be able to:

1- Clarify the characteristics of the gifted and the economic, social and cultural conditions of the gifted.

2- Determine the methods and tools for detecting talented and talented people and the criteria for judging talent analyze the factors behind talent and mental superiority.

3- Acquire the skill of classifying talented people according to their levels.

4- Multiply of types of programs for gifted and talented students and the specifications of the gifted teacher

5- Use critical and creative thinking

6- Develop their ability to compare intelligence and talent

Teaching and learning methods

The course will be presented to the student through lectures, panel discussions, or assignments and exercises, discussion and dialogue
