Overview

The general objectives of the course in the form of outputs that the student is supposed to acquire after successful completion of the course are:

  • · The student is introduced to linear transformations, the space of internal multiplication.
  • · The student discusses the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the matrix.
  • · The student understands the algebraic formulas and Kelly Hamilton's theorem and their applications.
  • · Recognize basic concepts in internal multiplication spaces.

Intended learning outcomes

The targeted learning outcomes of the course are:

A. Knowledge & (understand)

The basic information and key concepts that a student must acquire after successfully studying the course in the fields of knowledge and understanding are:

1

Introduce the basic concepts in linear algebra such as matrices, operations on them, determinants and methods of calculation, as well as identify methods of solving systems of linear equations.

2

The student gets acquainted with the distinctive values and vectors of the square matrix, how to calculate them, their properties, and then the susceptibility of the square matrix to distillation.

3

The student distinguishes different algebraic formulas.

4

Distinguish the concept of base and dimension as well as the rank of the matrix and the coordinates of the vector relative to a given base and then change the base and direct addition after that the concept of internal multiplication and orthogonal standard bases are introduced.

B. Mental (skills)

The mental skills that the student acquires on analysis after studying the course successfully, and the ability to think creatively, identify and solve problems are:

1

Identify the systems of linear equations and ways to solve them and the ability to understand the concept of vector space through various examples and then introduce the concept of space.

2

The ability to find eigenvalues, their vectors and applications.

3

The student distinguishes between algebraic formulas and identify their applications.

4

The ability to understand the concept of internal multiplication on the space of vectors and the properties of perpendicular sets, the ability to understand the linear transformation from the space of vectors.

C. Practical & Professional (Skills)

The skills that the student must acquire when studying the course successfully, in order to enable him to use what he has studied in professional applications, are:

1

The student uses the concepts of linear transformations.

2

Designs proofs of linear correlation.

3

The Kelly–Hamilton theorem is applied.

4

He proposes and implements various proofs related to the proofs of the different binary formula.

D. Generic (and transferable skills)

General skills or skills that can be used in the fields of work that the student must acquire when studying the course successfully, so that they can be applied in any field are:

1

The student's ability to communicate orally and in writing in vocabulary.

2

The student's ability to participate in online and online scientific forums.

3

The student's ability to self-learning and continuous learning.
