Overview

The course deals with the principles of engineering drawing, its tools and terminology, engineering operations, vertical projection, deduction of projections, choosing suitable projections for design drawings, proportionality between shapes, equality in measurement and size between a group of objects (isometric). Projective representation of objects, methods of preparing drawings for interior design projects and understanding what is known from them.How to deal and apply these engineering processes, vertical projection, deduce the projections with all the plans used in the interior design and the determinants of the interior architecture of projections, facades and sectors and show them correctly and clearlyWhich gives luster in all lines and colors on the architectural and interior plans.

Intended learning outcomes

Knowledge & understanding

  • Introducing the student to the concept of photography and the nature of this curriculum
  • Introducing photography materials, techniques and various tools
  • The importance of defining the types of paper used in drawing and the types used in watercolor photography
  • Taking into account the correct use and being able to create color scales to enhance the concept of near and far, dark and luminous in color, and the importance of studying color reflections with it, in addition to the importance of feeling texture.

Mental skills

  • The course aims at developing the student's abilities and thus understanding the technical notes and their formal and aesthetic relationships in color
  • Contribute to expanding the student's perceptions artistically, which gives him the opportunity to express his capabilities and develop them as a basis for the aesthetic sense, and then develop his aesthetic taste
  • Using assignments that give space for drawing exercises, as well as drawing what he sees of tools and utensils used in daily life. Developing mental and emotional abilities

Practical & professional skills

  • Enabling the student to use the different coloring tools represented in the aforementioned color materials and the method of dealing with them in a general photography subject
  • Training the student in coloring with general photography and developing his artistic skills for the better so that he is ready and able to study other subjects related to composition

  • That the student realizes his coloring in the subject of general photography and be able to create color scales to enhance awareness of the concept of near and far, dark and colorfully luminous with a sense of texture

  • That the student be able to paint and develop his level through his practical study in drawing and what he benefited from the homework exercises in developing his skill abilities
  • The student's successful study of the composition by photographic mines and his ability to apply what he learned is what makes him ready to study the various drawing and coloring materials
