Overview

- Familiarity with the student with the knowledge, experience and skills related to the field of the foundations of building curricula.- Familiarity with the student with the knowledge, experience and skills related to the areas of evaluating the curriculum, the student and the teacher- The student's application of the knowledge, experience and skills gained from studying the course.

Intended learning outcomes

a. Knowledge and understanding- The student should remember the ancient and modern concept of the curriculum and the advantages and disadvantages of each.- That the student remember some terms related to the curriculum, such as: curriculum planning, curriculum evaluation, curriculum development. He knows the basic components of the curriculum in the light of both the linear and the systemic models.- That the student defines the concept of objectives and the sources of their derivation, levels and classifications and what is meant by the content, the methods of organizing it, the basis for its selection, and the selection of its expertise.- That the intended student recognizes the educational activity, its types, and its importance in the educational process, and knows the religious, cognitive, psychological, philosophical, and social bases for building the curriculum.- That the student knows the steps through which the construction of the curriculum goes through. He knows the various methodological organizations such as: (organizing the separate study materials - organizing the activity curriculum - organizing the pivotal curriculum - organizing the study units).To know what is meant by curriculum development, the old and new methods of development, the foundations of the curriculum development process, and its steps.- That the student knows what is meant by evaluation, its importance, the foundations of a good evaluation, its fields, steps, and tools.B. Scientific and professional skillsThe student prepares some assessment tools such as achievement tests and skills tests, and corrects and treats them statistically.For the student to formulate the behavioral objectives of the lessons of Islamic religious education, and the Arabic language, a sound behavioral formulation.
