703 Cognitive behavioral therapy (CPT)
This course aims to introduce the student to the basic theories of cognitive-behavioral therapy, use of scales and self-monitoring, determine the behavioral knowledge of the patient, present methods and skills of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy for some psychological diseases such as depression, panic disorders, social phobia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. This course includes vocabulary: theories of cognitive-behavioral therapy, evaluation Cognitive-behavioral assessment of the patient, evaluation of the use of scales and monitoring, cognitive-behavioral formulation of the patient, basic skills strategies in cognitive-behavioral therapy, use of guided discovery, joint cooperation with the case in setting therapeutic goals and models of psychological-behavioral problems, and cognitive-behavioral treatments for some psychological diseases, depression, phobias.
