Overview

This course aims to provide postgraduate students with advanced knowledge about anesthesia in different types of animals. Because this course is of great importance in the field of veterinary surgery. In this course, the student will learn the different types of pre-anesthetic drugs and the different ways of administering them

Intended learning outcomes

1) Students should know the list of the latest anesthetic agents used to anesthetize different animals. 2) Students should be familiar with the list of doses, procedures, advantages and disadvantages for each anesthetic 3) Students should become familiar with the indications, contraindications and possible complications caused by these materials
