This course is considered an extension of the previous course, Comprehension and Oral Expression 2, as it aims to develop the students’ comprehension and oral expression skills. The lecture begins with listening to an audio recording and understanding it. Then the students are asked to establish a similar dialogue, and they are corrected collectively and given notes.The course aims primarily to provide the student with the necessary skills in order to integrate into social relationships effectively and relies mainly on the role-playing strategy.
Intended learning outcomes
By the end of Week 14, the student should be able to:
They are someone who talks about himself and his eating habits.
He can understand the main points of a dialogue in relation to areas related to his immediate environment
Communicate and interact to meet his immediate needs (ordering at a restaurant, booking a hotel, etc.)
Describe daily habits, occupations, past activities, and personal experiences.
