Prerequisite

MM101

Overview

Develop understanding of some basic concepts in integration and the ability to solve problems related to it, identify the arithmetic and geometric series and deduce some methods in finding integration and the ability to integrate trigonometric functions and their types. Also, learn about solving exponential and logarithmic functions.

Intended learning outcomes

Determine the concept of limited and unlimited integration, remember the important topics of the course, link information in integration and between series, solve any of the various integration issues, and understand the relationship between calculus and integration and the importance of using them in practical life.

Teaching and learning methods

Giving lectures in the traditional way and explaining with pen and blackboard Using the method of discussion and dialogue with the students during the lecture.

Methods of assessments

Written test (eg multiple choice {closed book} or written test closed question {open book} or a combination) oral test, scientific activities (eg writing a report or making a presentation), continuous formative assessment (periodic) Discussions, practical test
