Overview

The course aims to introduce the student to complex numbers and algebraic operations on them, and to provide him with the skills of dealing with functions in complex variables from elementary functions and studying them in detail, as well as studying the topology of the complex level, the graphic representation of complex functions, the polar representation of the complex number, the derivation of complex functions, and the classification of irregular points.

Intended learning outcomes

To know the concept of complex numbers and their properties accurately. The student clearly describes the complex points groups in the complex plane graphically. To introduce the student to the topology of complex numbers and its importance. Explain the functions of the compound variable and the operations on them. The student should explain the continuity and derivability of functions and link them to complex functions. That the student explain the anomaly points and study their types correctly.
