Overview

The course is concerned with identifying the concept of financial institutions, as well as identifying the role and characteristics of financial institutions and their types, in addition to identifying the problems that these institutions suffer from.

Intended learning outcomes

A. Knowledge and understanding:

  • The student should be able to understand the theories and scientific principles in financial institutions.
  • The student should be aware of and follow the latest changes and scientific developments used in the development of modern financial institutions.
  • To familiarize the student with the foundations, principles and scientific steps used in financial institutions.

B. Mental skills:

  • The student should be able to understand and use modern theories and knowledge and their applications in financial institutions.
  • The student should be able to think and innovate mentally and keep abreast of scientific developments in financial institutions.
  • That the student be able to study the problems facing financial institutions and draw conclusions and make recommendations in this regard.
