Overview

The study of the course aims to provide the student with the ability to identify the concept of real estate financing and calculate its cost, and to teach the student the importance of real estate valuation, types and methods of valuation, as well as the importance of real estate analysis and investment.

Intended learning outcomes

A. Knowledge and understanding:

  • Introducing the student to the basic concepts of activities and the real estate market.
  • To make the student understand the nature of real estate financing, financing formulas, and modern trends of real estate financing companies.
  • Introducing the student to the concept of real estate valuation and the methods and methods of real estate valuation.
  • Introducing the student to real estate investment strategies, feasibility studies for real estate projects, real estate investment risk analysis, and the real estate deeding mechanism.

B. Mental skills:

  • The student develops the ability to analyze real estate services, real estate development, and study the real estate market.
  • That the student links between contemporary financing formulas and Islamic formulas that deal with real estate finance and study recent trends in real estate finance companies.
  • The student analyzes the real estate valuation methodology, methods, tools, and valuation methods.
  • To develop in the student, the ability to evaluate real estate investment strategies and methods, prepare a feasibility study report for the investment project, in addition to analyzing real estate investment risks and real estate deeding operations.

C. Scientific and professional skills:

  • That the student uses the skill of evaluating real estate assets and the skill of analyzing the real estate market.
  • That the student understands real estate financing methods, real estate valuation methods, valuation methods, and writing a valuation report.
  • That the student diagnoses the investment climate and analyze real estate investment risks.
  • The student should use feasibility studies for real estate projects and analyze those studies.
