Overview

Graduating highly qualified graduate students in the field of veterinary medicine, specializing in pathology and laboratory diagnosis.Increasing the ability of veterinarians to perform anatomy and note histological changes, both externally and microscopically, in tissues and the male and female reproductive system.Training and qualifying veterinarians to observe and record tissue changes, both externally and microscopically, during conducting research, in order to identify the impact of diseases on the components of the reproductive system.Graduating veterinarians who are able to engage in the field of diagnostic laboratories for diseases and pharmaceutical companies.

Intended learning outcomes

  1. That the student be able to diagnose diseases that affect the male and female reproductive system based on observations of the anatomical character and histopathological changes.
  2. The student should know how to perform the anatomy of the reproductive system and how to take samples from the reproductive system in a correct way for the purpose of conducting various laboratory tests.
  3. The student should know how to record pathological changes in the reproductive system while conducting the anatomical and histological changes for the purpose of diagnosing diseases.
  4. The student should know the pathological changes in the reproductive system, how it occurs, its diagnosis, and its complications, while writing the apparent and accurate histological changes in the scientific reports.
  5. The student should be able to describe the tissue changes in the reproductive system, both externally and microscopically.
  6. The student should be able to write notes on histological changes in the ophthalmic and microscopic components of the reproductive system, and the results of laboratory tests.
  7. That the student be able to interpret the results of the anatomical character of the organs of the reproductive system and laboratory tests to reach an accurate diagnosis of the disease.
  8. That the student be able to develop a mechanism for the occurrence and development of diseases of the reproductive system to reach a diagnosis.

Teaching and learning methods

1. Lectures using a PowerPoint presentation, including pictures and video clips.

2. Laboratory exercises (practical training in which the student is trained on various devices).

3. Panel discussions
